We were arena rocking walldoggie style at Red Bull Music Academy event today in SoHo. Yours truly finished up a largescale mural while Questlove jammed with Rahzel— proving we have one of the coolest jobs around. #alwayshandpaint

This year we acquired three additional Landmarks walls in Manhattan’s popular SoHo neighborhood. Landmarks approval is not an easy process, but in the end our long lineage of wall dogs and our careful upholding of the hand paint craft got us the approval we needed. We pride ourselves on keeping the art of hand paint alive- we use the same techniques as our predecessors were using in New York since the dawn of sign painting (pictured!). We always hand paint, and we always do it right. We’re excited to have the ability to paint on some of the city’s most historic facades, and we’re honored, as always, to be keeping the craft of hand paint alive.
